What if I don't have a lot of followers?
That's okay! Snapback compensates based on views and TikToks algorithm favors small accounts and gives them the potential to reach millions of views. If you have a lot of followers – your chances of getting tons of views are even higher.
How do I know how much I'll make from using Snapback?
The more views your video gets in the first 48 hours, the more you get paid! You can earn up to $10 for every 1,000 views your content receives. As content gets more views the price per view goes down gradually to ensure a fair return for you and the brand. So just focus on creating authentic, creative content and we'll take care of the rest!
What are the FTC Guidelines for creators using Snapback?
Even though you purchased the product you're sharing, as required by the FTC, creators using Snapback will need to disclose that they may choose to accept compensation for their posts. We require creators to use #snapback on any post they're submitting for cash back, to let other users on social media know they may choose to claim compensation for their post.
Per FTC guidelines, "It's fine (but not necessary) to include a hashtag with the disclosure, such as #ad or #sponsored." We require #snapback to make sure you, us, the brand you're posting for remain compliant by clearly and consistently letting people who see your video know you're posting a video eligible for promotion. Snapback will be unable to approve your payout until #snapback has been added.
How long does it take to get my money?
Once you have created approved content, the funds you earn sit in a pending status for 15 days. After funds clear this holding period, they are available for withdraw from your Snapback Account via PayPal. Simply submit a withdrawal request from your account, and funds will be sent to you within 1-3 business days.
How many TikToks can I post per order?
To maximize video performance and reach, we recommend 1 TikTok per order, but you're welcome to a bunch to test which one works best. Be sure to tag Snapback before posting each TikTok so we can handle view tracking for you!
What do I need to do when posting content for a Snapback?
Clear audio, centered product focus, and great energy all make for fantastic content that brands love to see! Be sure to avoid swearing, have a 1-3 second hook to grab your audience's attention, tag the brand, and leave that awesome video public for at least 15 days so brands can verify and get you paid.
What if I don't like the product?
Let's face it, not every purchase we make is our favorite. If that's the case with a purchase, it's not a video for Snapback. If you still want to share your TikTok, you should! We aren't here to tell you what to post. We're here to help you get paid when you share products you love and help your favorite brands grow. Positive, energetic, and product centered content tends to be noticed by brands the most!
What should I avoid in my content?
Swearing and/or using sounds that have swearing in them, poor lighting, distracting or unclear audio, rough transitions, giveaways, and promotional or referral codes are all things to avoid when getting your video approved. Who owns the rights to the content I create?
When you create content for an eligible Snapback order, you grant Snapback a license to the content, and you also retain a license to the content. Our license allows us to sublicense the content to the brand on your behalf. The reason we require this license is so that we can work on your behalf to get you paid every time a brand uses your content.
Is Snapback a "Positive TikTok" service?
No. Snapback is not a TikTok's service. We help make influencer marketing accessible to real customers. Brands and customers are tired of influencers who promote products they don't actually buy or use. Brands would rather work with real customers who use and love their product! That said, it's very difficult to do, because it takes a lot of time to find the right people who truly love your product and want to create content about it, especially if they don't have a large audience— but that's where we come in! Our service allows real customers to work with their favorite brands as content creators anytime they want and ensures any time brands want to use your content in their marketing they have to pay you for it. That way, the more value you create for your favorite brands the more you benefit!
Is there a maximum amount I can earn on my content?
Nope! There's no cap on the number of views you're paid for, but keep in mind you're only paid for organic views generated in the first 48 hours.
